Deb grew up in the mountains of Colorado and is deeply committed to nurturing the connection between people, animals, earth, and spirit. She has spent twenty-five years working as a professional environmental and humane educator and naturalist. Additionally, through her business Wild Rhythms, Deb is a shamanic practitioner, life coach, and animal communicator, and assists people and animals through spiritual mentoring, animal communication, and shamanic-style journey work. She is passionate about helping people find connection and deep spiritual meaning where they live. To this end, she has created a body of worked call Nature-Based Spiritual Arts. Deb is experienced teaching indoors and out, offering workshops and presentations, and designing programs for groups and organizations. Deb also enjoys the academic realm and holds a Master of Arts in Environmental Education from Prescott College and is pursuing her doctoral degree in environmental studies from Antioch University New England.
