Episode 778 with guest Amy Bovaird
Amy Bovaird has worked as a ghostwriter and is the author of five memoirs: the Mobility Series and the Finding Joy After Loss Series. She is the recipient of the “Distinguished Merit of Literature” by Ohio Valley University for her first memoir, Mobility Matters. Her articles have appeared in Christian Woman, Capper’s, Dialogue, and Standard Take-Home Papers. She is a former ESL instructor, world traveler, and inspirational speaker. Amy peppers her talks with faith, humor and culture.
She also happens to be legally blind and losing her hearing. But she advocates living your best life, one rich in gratitude. Since Amy has lived with substantial loss, she uses her platform to encourage others facing loss.
Amy now lives in northwest Pennsylvania in the same house where she grew up, where is bossed around by three domineering cats.
