Elena focuses her work on helping corporate high achievers who know they are in the wrong career to finally go after their true purpose by overcoming their limiting beliefs such as "what if I fail or would other people say", so they can make a positive impact on humanity.
Elena is a former attorney who worked on white collar crime investigations in one of the biggest law firms in New York, and went into private consulting after that.
Post corporate burnout she began to look for methods to recover and heal from it.
She discovered Buddhist practices of the science of the mind gave the most comprehensive understanding and direct experience of this thing we call mind.
She has practiced meditation in this tradition for over seven years now.
She has also trained in western-based modalities focused on retraining and reconditioning the subconscious mind (that runs our lives on autopilot) so we can consciously create the results we want.
These modalities include NLP, cognitive field, relaxation response, EFT, and more.
Elena has worked with helping corporate high achievers to recover from burnout and to manage chronic stress.
Elena now focuses her work on helping corporate high achievers who know they are in the wrong career to finally go after their true purpose by overcoming their limiting beliefs such as "what if I fail or would other people say", so they can make a positive impact on humanity.
