I am a Public Speaker, Author, and Woman that has overcome grief and trauma. 

As a Doctoral trained, Licensed, and Board Certified Clinical Psychotherapist I specialize in Grief, Stress, and Trauma. 

I have offered clinical services to Executives, Professional Athletes, and Celebrities. Further, I am the Creator and Host of “Dr. Sarah After Dark” a Mental Health Awareness TV show as well as Network Consultation to A&E, Sky4, Lifetime, and the ‘NOW’ Television Network. 

I am devoted to ending the Mental Health Stigma and helping others move onward and upward in their journey to healing.
