Episode 564 with guest Trista Davis
“ When all is said and done, we’re just walking each other home.” -Ram Dass
This quote is currently guiding my day-to-day experience as my life unfolds. This pandemic has been tough on everyone and I am so grateful for my community of support through it all. When I started my business 6 years ago, I had no idea that it would become a catalyst for my own personal healing.
I own an inclusive and adaptive yoga studio, but we are so much more then that! We are a community of like-minded people, walking each other home. Personal and spiritual growth has always been a priority for me and I do something each day to move my life forward. I love to share those daily practices with those around me and am passionate about helping other humans to discover more of themselves through meditation, yoga, breathwork, women’s circles, healing modalities and self inquiry.
The most important part of my business is the community, having a safe and welcoming community has always been important to me. The pandemic has brought many challenges but also many opportunities. We now offer yoga classes, women’s circles and workshops online, as well as we have started selling some amazing retail! We have recently expanded into selling many metaphysical products including crystals, incense, and more. This has been so much fun for me and I am so happy to share it with so many amazing people! I also have the great privilege of being an aunty to many amazing nieces and nephews and I make it a priority to spend time with them, family, my husband and friends any opportunity that I have.
The current truth I am living is: Life really can be simple, in the end, all there is, is Love.
