Dr. Nikki Eberhardt’s life goal is to power people with audacious solutions, armed to tackle the globe’s most intractable challenges. She seeks to disrupt at the intersection of edtech, executive leadership and scalable social and ecological impact.
She is Professor of Business at Minerva University—teaching startup finance, marketing and global social entrepreneurship—reinventing university experience and building 21st century global leaders and innovators.
Nikki manages high potential programs and facilitates for executives on Delta Air Lines’ Global Talent Team–her team crafts leadership development for 80,000 employees. She also is launching a Master Class series and a new podcast to foster servant leadership.
She holds executive positions with startups to accelerate impact: EVP Impact eThree—pioneering a digital platform with influencers, brands and charities so GenZ can effect change; EVP Partnerships for UCO—seeking to disrupt a $600B remittance industry with migrant financial inclusion.
Nikki works with Global Citizen, a movement harnessing voices of influencers, world leaders and corporates with 10M Global Citizens to end poverty. The movement has raised over $48B in commitments and has driven 24M+ digital actions set to affect 2.5B lives.
Nikki has a PhD Global Sociology, Masters International Development and an Oxford MBA.
